Our team is headed by CEO Lawrence
"Larry" Griebel, whose expertise in the field has
lead to his election to numerous posts in Local Contractors
Associations. Larry is the former President of The Subcontractors
Association of Northeast Ohio, and continues to serve on the
Board of Directors, as well as a past member of the Executive
Committee of the Builders Exchange. He served as Treasurer. He has served on the
Board of Directors, and is the past President of ASA, Mason Contractors
Assoc., and the Akron Builders Exchange. It is no wonder he
is looked upon to provide budget pricing for many of the areas
most prestigious projects. |

Our Vice President of operations, and General
Field Superintendent, Tom Griebel has established a presence
in the Local Construction Community utilizing over 20 years
experience
in the masonry field to create and implement solutions to even
the most demanding of projects. With a focus on scheduling and
cost impact to owners, he handles the day-to-day jobsite logistics.
He was recently Elected President of the Mason Contractors
Association of Northeast Ohio by his piers and has served for
many years on the Board of Directors. His commitment to
the Masonry Industry and its improvement is unsurpassed and has
lead the association to higher plateaus. |

Our Senior Field Superintendent, Jon Duer is
the nephew of our company's founder Adolph Duer. The industry's
respect for Jon, and his 50 years of experience, has led
to his key role in the field. Jon is currently a trustee for
the Bricklayers Local #7 Pension Board, and has served in numerous
positions on the professional organizations in the area. |

Our newest addition to the "Duer Team"
is David "Dave Griebel. With a Bachelor of Science degree in
Business Management from Xavier University he brings three
primary roles to the company; Operations Manager, Human Resource
and Safety Director. Couple this with
Dave's field experience and you can see how
his credentials literally speak for themselves. Duer
